Parish Cook-Off Registration 4th Annual OLSS Parish Cook-Off Rules and Entry Form - 2018 Thank you for entering the Annual OLSS Parish Cook-Off! This year’s theme is “MEATS ‘N SWEETS”! Below are some rules and instructions to follow. We are looking forward to making this event a great success and appreciate your support! 1) Each team is responsible to provide all ingredients for their dish. Each team needs to have enough food to provide tastings for the guests that attend the Parish Cook-Off. Only one dish per team is allowed. If you want to make another dish, you must form another team. 2) The dish can be cooked off site and brought in ready to serve. Each team will need to provide serving utensils. 3) Guests will pay an entrance fee (donation) to attend the Parish Cook-Off. Each guest is allowed one tasting from each team. 4) Tasting cups, napkins, utensils, steamer/cold tray will be provided. 5) Teams will be judged by a celebrity judge panel for the Grand Prize – The OLSS Parish Cook-Off Mass-ter Chef Award. 6) A People’s Choice jar will be placed at each team’s table for guests to vote with money. The team that collects the most money will win the People’s Choice Award. 7) There will also be Spirit Award for the team with the best decorated table. 8) Teams may arrive at 11AM to set up and decorate their table. 9) The event doors will open at noon. Tasting begins at 12PM and end at 1:15PM. Awards will be given out at 1:45PM. 10) All teams, judges, and guests are to have FUN and maintain a Christian spirit of competition!
